To avoid the extra cost of a Collision Damage Waiver, but to cover our insurance excess in the event of a driving accident, we ask you to deposit with us £500 Bond* before you drive the vehicle away; this comprises the £150 booking deposit to which is added another £350* on the day of your departure and can be paid by credit card or in cash. It will be refunded to you when the vehicle is returned in the condition in which you received it - this may take up to 10 working days. Any minor breakages or replacements will be charged at cost price whilst everything of a more serious nature could take longer to sort out and will inevitably lead to a delay in processing any refund.
* This bond is set by our insurers after they have received a copy of your driving licence and is totally at their discretion.
Cancellation
If you cancel your holiday after you have paid the deposit and full rent, we will refund the deposit and try to re-let the motorhome for that week. If we manage to re-let your week we will return your rent to you as well.
Non Availability
In the unlikely event that your motorhome is not available because of breakdown or accident we shall try to replace it with the nearest possible alternative; failing that, your rent will be refunded. Nevertheless we strongly recommend taking out your own holiday insurance to lessen any disappointment.
Equipment
We aim to provide for all your needs within the motorhome including an option of bed linen, duvets and towels for a nominal extra charge. Your domestic propane gas we supply free of charge. We regret that we cannot supply bedding for very small children and/or babies.
Extras
We offer free optional extras such as colour television and folding chairs. Extras of value cannot be insured so we stress that you must accept liability for their loss or damage.
No smokers or pets
In response to general demand and in order to offer our guests the highest standards of accommodation, we do not accept smokers or pets in our motorhomes.
Arrival and return
The motorhome is hired out from 4pm on the first day of hire and must be back with us by 10am on the last day, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Late return of the vehicle will be charged at £40 per hour. When you return the vehicle to us please ensure that the diesel fuel is topped up and the toilet cassette is empty and flushed out. We ask hirers to honour all these conditions and to return the motorhome in the state in which they received it. We reserve the right to withhold from the deposit a sum sufficient to cover any repairs, extra cleaning or inconvenience caused by non-compliance with these conditions.
